We work hard to take care of your personal information in a safe way.Â We will process personal information at any time within the framework of thee law and regulations. The privacy statement will help ensure that personal information is processed in accordance with the regulations.
Below you will find a detailed description of how we handle this information. When you are a customer with us, we will keep your name, address and e-mail address. We need this information to create you as a customer. When we ship the goods to you, our carrier needs your contact information.
We are also required to keep this information in connection with accounting, tax handling and any return handling, so that this history can not be deleted. We want it to be 100% safe to shop with us, therefore we also keep the IP address, to avoid fraud.
We offer our customers to receive different offers and news by email, skype and similar services. This is optional and the customer must tell if they do not want such communication directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The e-mail address, phonenumber, name and address are stored in a separate database, not shared with others and will be deleted whenever desired by the customer. The e-mail address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.
Norfra.no does not sell personal information to third parties. Company name, address and shipping address for sale are conveyed to the carrier and customs authority so that we can deliver the goods most efficiently. In some cases where the customer wishes, the contact name, telephone number and email address will be forwarded to the carrier.

Personal data is stored electronically in the data systems of Norfra Eksport AS, and remains stored and processed as long as there is valid consent or other valid treatment basis.
Persons with registered personal information stored at Norfra.no have the following rights:
