We work hard to take care of your personal information in a safe way. We will process personal information at any time within the framework of thee law and regulations. The privacy statement will help ensure that personal information is processed in accordance with the regulations.
Below you will find a detailed description of how we handle this information. When you are a customer with us, we will keep your name, address and e-mail address. We need this information to create you as a customer. When we ship the goods to you, our carrier needs your contact information.
We are also required to keep this information in connection with accounting, tax handling and any return handling, so that this history can not be deleted. We want it to be 100% safe to shop with us, therefore we also keep the IP address, to avoid fraud.
Cookies
In general we do not use cookies on our website, except when we track your IP addresses, which countries you come from and which part of the website you have visited. The log is stored for 1 month before it is automatically deleted. This is to protect you and ourself against hacking and fraud.
Post
We offer our customers to receive different offers and news by email, skype and similar services. This is optional and the customer must tell if they do not want such communication directly to sales@norfra.no.
The e-mail address, phonenumber, name and address are stored in a separate database, not shared with others and will be deleted whenever desired by the customer. The e-mail address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.
Norfra.no does not sell personal information to third parties. Company name, address and shipping address for sale are conveyed to the carrier and customs authority so that we can deliver the goods most efficiently. In some cases where the customer wishes, the contact name, telephone number and email address will be forwarded to the carrier.

Storings personl data
Personal data is stored electronically in the data systems of Norfra Eksport AS, and remains stored and processed as long as there is valid consent or other valid treatment basis.
Your rights
Persons with registered personal information stored at Norfra.no have the following rights:
• Request access to information stored on them
• Ask for correction of information that is incorrect
• Request deletion of information
• Ask for limitation of treatment
• Protest against data being processed
• Request the disclosure of information to themselves or to third parties
• Retract any consent for treatment
• Complaint to Data Inspectorate in Norway regarding the processing of personal data
