When you see the  “Norfra approved” sticker in the box, it has been through a random control before shipment.
Our control system consists of the following elements:
Together with the fisherman; a control of temperature and quality is performed.
Two of our staff will select and controll the fish.
A random controll is done on a certain percentage of our fish.
The controller signs with his or her initials, the following has been controlled:
- Freshness
- Temprature
- Box
- Pallet
- Label
- Ice
- Correct cut
- Liver and blood residue
